Message	I've had a car stolen in Kirkland and it was parked in an apartment lot for 3 weeks before it was ticketed, towed, impounded and then they let me know an already reported stolen car was found + $500 ticket, towing and impound fee. You have to give the government some time to run up the bill for you to pay first! :(
